Landon Collins Apologizes for Alluding to Teammate Eli Apple a 'Cancer'

It has been a brutal year for the New York Giants and, on the eve of the season finale, the team has a dismal 2-13 record that accurately represents the type of on-field product on display.

New York Giants cornerback Eli Apple's season has come to an end.

Interim general manager Kevin Abrams and interim coach Steve Spagnuolo informed him of the suspension. "That would be the only person I would change out of our secondary".

"There's only just one corner that needs to grow, and we all know who that is", Collins said. The other two guys - DRC and Jackrabbit - I love those two guys.

Collins, who was recently named to the Pro Bowl for the second time in as many seasons, offered an unapologetic assessment of Apple, the No. 10 overall pick in the 2016 draft.

Former Brazil, and AC Milan midfielder Kaka, announces retirement

Google to open AI lab in China
It's notable that the new facility is being launched even though Google's services are not available in China. According to Li, 43 percent of the content in the top 100 AI journals came from Chinese authors in 2015.

Apple has played in 11 games this season, starting seven of those, but only featured on special teams in last Sunday's 23-0 defeat to the Arizona Cardinals, with Brandon Dixon and Ross Cockerell selected ahead of Apple.

Collins posted his conciliatory tweet Wednesday, one day after criticizing Apple during a radio interview with 98.7 ESPN New York. They play hard; they love what they do. Earlier this month, Collins said that he'd had conversations with Apple about the cornerback's struggles but, the next day, Apple denied that he had ever talked to Collins about any of that.

But when Apple was asked how Collins' reassurance had affected him, Apple said the safety hadn't done what he said.

They will close out their season against the Washington Redskins. "That first pick. He's a cancer". Apple got into hot water with the Giants when he retweeted video of a touchdown against his own team by Cowboys running back and former Buckeyes teammate Rod Smith, also violating the NFL's social media policy.
