Duchess Kate Waltzes With Paddington Bear!

Kate Middleton has stayed mostly mum since her third pregnancy was announced in early September - not out of choice, but rather due to her acute morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, which has kept her on strict bedrest for weeks.

When the famous children's character asked Kate for a dance, the Duchess held out her hand and started twirling with the marmalade loving bear.

The Duchess of Cambridge and her tiny baby bump made a surprise appearance at Paddington on Monday morning, accompanying Prince William and Prince Harry on an engagement.

Kate, who wore an outfit by Orla Kiely, laughed her way through her dance routine with Paddington - to the amusement of William and Harry who were watching.
