Couple appear hand in hand at Invictus Games

The couple, who made their first official public appearance together yesterday since they started dating last summer, were snapped looking blissfully happy whilst they watched the Invictus Games tennis tournament in Toronto.

Markle dressed casually in sunglasses and a simple white button-down blouse with frayed jeans and Sarah Flint brown leather bow-embellished flats. The Invictus Games is his baby and she's really proud of what he has achieved.

As far as couple debuts go, this one was picture ideal as Prince Harry still managed to do his royal duties but also took the time to be playful and interact with his lady love. And they finally did at the Invictus Games in Canada on September 25.

They eventually walked away from the event, again holding hands.

Though photographed together previously, this is the first outing that the pair have made at an official event.

As you would expect, more than one Twitter user hopped on the idea that Markle's $185 "Husband" blouse means something about her relationship status-and, also as expected, fans of the Suits star and the British royal were not upset by the thought.

There's a possibility that Prince Harry knew that if he were to stand side by side with his girlfriend Meghan Markle, the media would be focusing on the two of them together rather than the athletes at the Invictus Games.

Australia and New Zealand were competing in the action-packed tennis match, which has adapted rules that differ to that of traditional tennis.

Prince Harry stopped to shake the hand of the Kiwi competitor who took the opportunity to introduce the taniwha he had been carrying around Toronto with him. There was a very good reason why Harry and Meghan weren't side by side.

The couple appeared to enjoy the sports match, clapping along with the audience, while even chatting to other spectators sitting behind them.
